Employers can avail of this service by calling 01 6393000. When calling please provide the general nature of your query and that you are calling to avail of the free advice line. If we cannot speak to you straight away on your query we will return your call the same day.  If after giving preliminary advice it becomes clear that the query is complex and requires us to take full instructions we will discuss and agree a fee with you in advance. All matters are discussed in strict confidence and there is no obligation to take the matter further with us after your preliminary advice
