If we cannot speak to you straight away on your query we will return your call the same day.  If after giving preliminary advice it becomes clear that the query is complex and requires us to take full instructions we will discuss and agree a fee with you in advance. All matters are discussed in strict confidence and there is no obligation to take the matter further with us after your preliminary advice
