Leman Solicitors are hosting a seminar of leading stakeholders in the technology sector who provide or arrange financing for technology companies. The seminar is bringing together leading Venture Capitalists, Corporate Finance Advisors and Successful Entrepreneurs to share their practical experiences and thoughts on the fund raising process and the key issues that entrepreneurs need to consider throughout the process.
