Larry Fenelon - Partner
Larry leads the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. His primary practice is resolving commercial disputes, both domestic and international before the courts and in arbitration. He appears before the High Court and arbitral bodies in Ireland and has appeared before the ICC, LCIA and in UNCITRAL arbitration internationally. He is an experienced arbitrator and mediator. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and sits on both the Law Society’s Arbitration and Mediation committee and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators committee. Larry qualified as a CEDR commercial mediator in 2005 and regularly acts as mediator and for parties in mediation. A graduate of University of Limerick, Larry also holds diplomas in domestic and international arbitration.

John Hogan - Partner
John advises on all aspects of commercial property including sales, leases, financing, acquisition and taxed based restructuring. He has also developed a significant practice in employment law, advising employers and employees on both policy and contentious issues. He is an elected member of the Council of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association and chairman of the Business & Commercial Law Committee. He also holds a Diploma in Employment Law (Distinction) from University College Dublin. A graduate of University College Dublin, John spent two years working as a commercial lender in Corporate and Commercial Banking before training, qualifying and practising with William Fry Solicitors (one of Ireland's largest commercial law firms).

Declan Tormey - Associate
Declan leads Leman’s Commercial and ICT unit. His areas of practice include information technology, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate and commercial advices. Declan has extensive experience as a commercial lawyer, advising both domestic and international clients on a full range of ICT, corporate and commercial issues. Declan is also a qualified Trademark Agent. Declan previously worked as a management consultant in the ICT sector with one of Ireland'sleading independent strategy consultancy firms. Declan specialises in information technology law, corporate transactions and contract law. Declan is a graduate of University College Dublin where he obtained a degree in Commerce (Management Information Systems) and a Masters in Management Science.

Catherine Cooney - Associate
Catherine is an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. Catherine advises on all aspects of commercial litigation and dispute resolution, with particular emphasis on the construction, professional and banking sectors. Catherine completed her training with leading commercial firm Arthur Cox, where she gained extensive experience of all aspects of commercial practice, before spending time working in-house with the Business Banking Division of Bank of Ireland. Catherine is a graduate of De Paul University, Chicago and University College Dublin where she obtained a Bachelor of Civil Law (International). Catherine holds diplomas in Commercial Property and Civil Litigation.

Linda Hynes - Solicitor
Linda is a solicitor in the Employment Law team and is qualified to practice in Ireland, England and Wales. Linda advises on all aspects of the employment law relationship from recruitment to the ending of the employment relationship. Linda trained with Landwell Solicitors (correspondent law firm to PriceWaterhouseCoopers) in Dublin. Linda then worked in-house for several years with European Refreshments (part of the Coca-Cola business system), where she advised on all employment law matters, compensation and benefit matters and dispute resolution. Linda is a graduate of NUI Galway where she obtained a Bachelor of Corporate Law and a post-graduate Bachelor of Law. Linda also holds a Diploma in Employment Law. Linda is a member of the Employment Law Association of Ireland.

Orlaith Doorley - Practice Manager
Orlaith Doorley joined the firm as Practice Manager in September 2010. The new role strengthens the internal financial, HR and organisational management of the practice. Orlaith previously worked with Mason Hayes + Curran has 6 years experience in practice management.
